KLDiscovery Inc, a global provider of electronic discovery, information governance, and data recovery services, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the business of Cenza Technologies Private Limited. The latter is an India-based alternative legal services provider that offers Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and CLM implementation services, document review, and law tech and legal AI-driven solutions.
