Headstart will host its annual flagship start-up summit, HSX 2023, in Bengaluru on 30 September at SAP Labs Whitefield. Government decision-makers, VCs, and corporate CXOs are expected to attend the summit.

Co-presented by SAP, HSX'23 intends to draw more than 1000 participants, 7 pre-events (including a startup bus tour, a woman in tech event, a community mixer, and a Web3 meetup), 30+ start-up stalls, and more than 5+ workshops.

This year, the summit will also include the HS Beyond initiative dedicated to providing mentorship for growth-stage start-ups, aiding them in expanding their footprint internationally by establishing trade tie-ups with relevant bodies in the target country. The initiative also includes informative sessions, networking events, and workshops. Headstart is currently seeking applications for an exclusive boot camp for start-ups looking to expand to the Middle East.

The edition also introduces the boosters pavilion, which offers start-ups access to exclusive deals from service providers like Canva, BHive, Grandmark, wowelz interacteka, covering co-working spaces, design software subscriptions, branding services, and more.

The event will also feature insights from business titans like Deena Jacob from OPEN Financial Technologies, Kalpit Jain from Netcore Cloud, Dinesh Pai from Rainmatter, Naiyya Saggi from Good Glamm Group, Arjun Vaidya from Dr. Vaidyas, Sindhu Gangadharan from SAP Labs, and Shraddha Sharma from Yourstory, among others. The development of the venture capital sector in 2024 and the technology that will benefit Indian start-ups over the following ten years are a few of the subjects that will be discussed.

Commenting on HSX 23, Amit Singh, founder of Headstart said “This year with the addition of the HS Beyond initiative, the summit signifies a pivotal moment in our mission to empower start-ups on a global scale.”

Founded in 2007, Headstart is a grassroots-level start-up community that has been run by volunteers for fifteen years. It is a not-for-profit organization that has been operating successfully in more than 23 cities in India as well as in Finland, Dubai, and Germany.
