Kapture SaaS-based customer experience platform has announced the appointment of Sanchit Sood, the company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO). The company has claimed that his appointment will drive the workforce’s ability to develop strategies aligned with business goals as the key to improved profitability and long-term sustainability.
According to the statement, Sanchit brings more than a decade of experience to the company’s table. He has worked at multiple levels and possesses skills that can break mere ideas into actionable steps and help his team to navigate through obstacles. At Kapture CX, he will be responsible for building high-performing teams that foster learning and innovation, while building strong customer relationships globally.
Prior to joining Kapture CX, Sanchit was heading India operations for SafeAI, an autonomous technology company for the delivery of customer projects globally. In addition, he has also worked as Customer Success Director for GreyOrange, SaaS and robotics-based solutions for warehouse automation for project implementation, support and customer success for global Fortune 500 clients.
