Chennai-based MediSim VR has introduced a pre-medical college level three-day programme, Innovate 360, to provide high school students a preview into hands-on practical and experiential learning that will help them learn the nitty-gritty of the start-up ecosystem.

With this programme, the company aims to offer high school students an opportunity to focus on innovation and creativity. In addition to this, the newly-initiated programme wants to provide students with an understanding of multiple aspects of the start-up business. 

Founded by Sabarish Chandrasekaran, Adith Chinnaswami, and Jeno Manickam Durairaj, Medislim VR aims to fulfill the larger gap in medical training in India. It has onboarded Gianluca De Novi, Director of the Harvard simulation lab as Simulation Advisor in the company. 

“The Innovate 360 program 1st batch had about 6 students, who successfully completed the program getting exposed to a platform for idea exchange and personal development and opening doors for their future career opportunities in the world of tech-based startups. MediSim VR combines the benefits of Virtual Reality (VR) and simulation to deliver immersive learning for medica learners in India. And right now, over 3500 students in India get trained in practical learning through virtual reality-based simulation training.
