Real estate investment platform Integrow Asset Management has collaborated with Pune-based developer Paranjape Schemes and will invest Rs 100 crore in the latter's upcoming Thane project. 

The Integrow investment is structured as a senior secured instrument, and capital infusion will support the Thane project, which has a development potential of 1.5 million square feet.

"This partnership not only signifies Integrow's commitment to investing in transformative projects but also showcases our confidence in Paranjape Schemes' ability to redefine urban living," said Ramashrya Yadav, founder and CEO of Integrow.

The Thane development is expected to significantly add to both companies' portfolios, contributing an estimated Rs 1000 crores in project revenue. This joint endeavor will showcase the prowess of Integrow's tech-driven approach to real estate investment and Paranjape Schemes' expertise in creating spaces that blend architectural design, sustainable features, and a customer-focused approach. 

During the past three decades, Paranjape Schemes claims to have executed and more than 200 successful residential and commercial projects across nine cities in India.
