The auto-tech solution provider, CarDekho Group, has announced the merger of the shared mobility platform Revv into its Group. 

The group consists of CarDekho, BikeDekho, Gaadi.com, Zigwheels, PowerDrift, InsuranceDekho, and Rupyy. It will now offer Revv’s shared mobility services as part of its House of Brands, the company said in a statement.  

Amit Jain, co-founder, and CEO of CarDekho Group, stated, "As we build a robust ecosystem of mobility solutions, our focus is on delivering a seamless customer experience across cities in India, empowering the mobility need of the new generation. Through strategic integration of technology, we are not just evolving our services but also ensuring more seamless operations. The merger with Revv allows us to offer shared mobility services addressing the evolving needs of Gen-Z customers.” 

The company added that the integration of tech solutions across the entire automotive journey enhances trust, transparency, and the overall customer experience to ensure a hassle-free and affordable self-drive experience.

Launched in August 2015, Revv is a B2C platform based in Gurugram, India, providing shared services. Founded by McKinsey alumni Karan Jain and Anupam Agarwal, Revv aims to offer convenient and flexible mobility solutions. With a focus on user-friendly services, it has become a notable player in the shared mobility industry, emphasising affordability and ease of use for customers.
