Das brings two decades of experience in working in the advertising space
Singapore-based global AI adtech company has appointed Himanka Das as Country Director in India. It has also promoted Rohit Verma to Global Chef of Strategy and New Initiatives.
According to a press statement, Das brings two decades of experience in working in the advertising space. Prior to this, he worked with Dentsu International for nine years as the chief executive officer (CEO). He also took an academic sabbatical to earn a postgraduate qualification in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Bengaluru to accelerate his analytics skills. He also has a Masters in International Marketing and Mass Communication Studies from the University of Pune.
Commenting on the joining of Das, Ananda Rao the managing director (MD) and Group CEO of Informo, said, “Having a national industry expert like Himanka join us to lead Infomo India is a great boost for all of our team and a great endorsement of our potential to disrupt the digital advertising industry in India. As CEO of Vizeum India, Himanka led from the front with their digital transformation. He will lead us from the front in India.”
