Brigade REAP, a proptech focussed real estate accelerator program, has launched its ‘Go To Market’ offering, an initiative to provide start-ups with the resources, support, and required access to take their products to market quickly and effectively. 

The company has also opened applications for its 14th Cohort with a focus on sectors like climate tech, clean tech, urban tech, robotics, asset optimisation and big data.

Commenting on the new initiative, Angie Mahtaney, Business Mentor, Brigade REAP said, “The Real Estate and Construction sector in India is clearly establishing itself as an innovation leader as well as a market leader in PropTech adoption. We at Brigade REAP have mentored startups that have introduced some technologies to the world, and we are excited to see what new technologies and innovations the start-ups applying for the 14th cohort will bring to the table.”

“Our objective has always been to help our start-ups to create sustainable and scalable businesses.  In the past, our start-ups have seen an increase of over 431 per cent increase in revenue, 47 per cent of the start-ups have raised funds within 12 months of graduating. This year we have also launched the ‘Go To Market’ offering which along with our syndicate fund will look to onboard and help scale start-ups with the brightest ideas in the proptech space,” she added.
