Zomato Limited has introduced an AI based feature called Zomato AI, which aims at enhancing the customer experience in the realm of food discovery. Zomato AI is designed to provide users with a personalized way to explore food options, considering their preferences, dietary needs, and the current moods. This feature is accessible through the latest version of the platform application.

Zomato's multiple agent framework will equip it with various prompts for different tasks and will allows Zomato AI to assist users in making their meal selection easier. It will offer a natural texting style that will enable users to send multiple messages and receive real-time responses. Initially this feature will only be available to Zomato Gold customers but the company is planning to roll it oit gradually. 

With features like catering to users’ ever-changing preferences, dietary needs and even their current moods, Zomato AI is a pioner innovation in the world of food discovery.

Zomato, an online restaurant guide and online food ordering platform, was founded in 2008 by Deepinder Goyal and Pankaj Chaddah. The compaany has raised a total of $2.7 billion in funding over 23 rounds.
