Volt Money, a platform for instant secured loans against mutual funds, has raised $1.5 million in a pre-seed funding round. The investment round witnessed the participation of companies like Titan Capital, All In Capital, Praveen Jadhav of Raise Ventures, Aditi Kothari of DSP Adiko Holdings, Gemba Capital, Kunal Shah of Cred, & Ashish Kehair & Rahul Jain from Nuvama Wealth

The company will utilise the newly-infused fund to recruit employees for product development. In addition to this, the company wants to establish beneficial partnerships. 

Founded by three IIT graduates Lalit Bihani, Ankit Agarwal and Bharat Lamba in 2022, the company onboarded Indian NBFC Bajaj Finserv in January. The company has claimed to serve customers from more than 80 cities with loans ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs two crore.
