InsuranceDekho has bolstered its senior leadership team by appointing Divya Mohan as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Her expertise lies in change management, developing and managing a diverse workforce, leadership development, organisation effectiveness, and total rewards. 

In her current role, Mohan will spearhead human resources at the insurtech InsuranceDekho and build the people function to support the company's overall business plan and growth effectively. 

With more than 16 years of experience across diversified conglomerates and startups, her career boasts of critical roles at companies like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, VLCC Healthcare, Volvo-Eicher commercial vehicles, and OYO. 

Mohan was last associated as Senior Director–People Experience with Innovaccer Analytics, a health tech firm based in San Francisco. She is passionate about leadership development and is a certified trainer and an executive coach with several years of experience behind her.

InsuranceDekho was incubated within India's auto-tech and IPO-bound unicorn, CarDekho Group. It is a brand name owned by Girnar Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd (GIBPL), which was incorporated in 2016 and was granted the license to act as a Direct Insurance Broker by the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI) in 2017. 

The insurtech has tie-ups with 46 insurance companies offering more than 410 plans on its platform. The Gurgaon-headquartered company has a presence in over 1370 towns across India, with actor-director Farhan Akhtar as its brand ambassador.
