Keki Mistry will advise financial services ventures of Cyrus Poonawalla Group
Cyrus Poonawalla Group has appointed Keki Mistry as an advisor for its financial services ventures, which is spearheaded by Adar Poonawalla.
Mistry has been the vice chairman and CEO of HDFC since 2010.
After the HDFC merger with HDFC Bank, he joined as an additional and non-executive director at HDFC Bank apart from being the non-executive vice chairman of group company HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company.
The Cyrus Poonawalla Group is a diversified group of businesses across pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, finance, clean energy, hospitality, and aviation.
