New Delhi-based Novatr, a homegrown edtech start-up has appointed two new members to their leadership team to accelerate its hyper-growth trajectory. Mishu Ahluwalia has been appointed the Chief of Staff and Rajat Tiwari as the Vice President of Sales. 
 
Ahluwalia has more than two decades of experience across domains like technology, real estate and e-commerce. He has also co-founded two start-ups GoHive and Roofpik. He also serves multiple start-ups as an investor and advisor. 

As the Chief of Staff at Novatr, Mishu will be responsible for various functions including business growth & strategy, partnerships, crisis management and finance.

Tiwari has held leadership roles at leading edtech start-ups like Byju’s and Camp K12. He was independently responsible for the inside sales project for North India, leading a team of nearly 250 people at Byju’s and Byju’s Aakash. As the Vice President of Sales at Novatr, Rajat will play a key role in establishing sales processes across verticals and fostering cross-functional collaborations within departments. His addition to the team will be pivotal in terms of driving Novatr’s projected revenue growth and expansion.
