Imarticus Learning, a leading professional education firm in India, is expanding its reach into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, offering two new courses designed for the global job market. The courses, developed in collaboration with India's top business schools IIM(Indian Institute of Management) Ahmedabad and IIM Lucknow, are the General Management Program from IIM Ahmedabad and the Global Senior Leadership Program from IIM Lucknow.

The General Management Executive Program, which is the 21st program launched by Imarticus, is aimed at working professionals who have at least five years of work experience after graduation and who aspire to secure management positions. The course employs a case method pedagogy, which focuses on learning through peer interaction and simulation of real-life business challenges. The course lasts for seven months and includes a 10-day on-campus immersion, six days of which will be in Dubai and four days on the IIM Ahmedabad campus.

The Global Senior Leadership Program, which lasts for 11 months, is designed to help high-potential business leaders transition to C-suite executives, and is ideal for those aspiring to become Chief Financial Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, and Chief Human Resource Officers. The program's key offerings include building a solid theoretical foundation focused on core management skills, the opportunity to network with peers worldwide, 11 masterclasses by experts in the field, two campus immersions of five days each, and a two-day executive conference in Dubai.
