iThink Logistics, a SaaS-based shipping platform, has launched its international shipping services portal, iThink Logistics International. It will allow small and medium enterprises in India’s e-commerce space and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands to expand their sales to global markets.

International cross-border shipping from India is estimated to touch $129 billion by 2025. Hence, iThink Logistics has built a global service leveraging its artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technology.

This network will integrate these sellers with prominent online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay and Etsy. The sellers can download orders, push tracking IDs and connect sellers with the best available service options to fulfill these international orders.

The company claimed that its international product focuses on cost-effectiveness and technology-enabled services. Its value proposition includes same-day pickup, benchmark transit times due to direct flight connections, multiple shipment injection options in destination markets, and ecommerce-centric commercial customs clearance.

It also offers connected customer support with real-time tracking updates in the country of origin and the country of destination. The service is currently available in Jaipur and Surat and will be soon launched across 30,000 origin postcodes and 20 cities by September 2022.

Speaking about the development, Zaiba Sarang, Co-founder, iThink Logistics, said, “Our service offering focuses on strategic partnerships with global logistics players and technology-enabled data intelligence to offer full shipment visibility and transparency supported by superior transit times. Our primary objective in year one of our launch is to deliver a reliable, cost-effective solution for cross-border e-commerce shippers in India to help e-commerce shippers retain and grow their rankings with their customers or marketplaces.”

She added that the platform would also offer shipment delivery to Amazon and third-party warehouses in all key destinations. It plans to provide its services to crucial destination markets across the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand by March 2023.
