SaaS-based shipping solutions platform, iThink Logistics has collaborated with what3words, the innovative location technology company.  

The company plans to enhance its e-commerce services by incorporating what3words' global addressing system. 

The company explained on the move saying Unlike complex latitude and longitude coordinates, what3words addresses are more accessible to say, share, and remember. This level of accuracy is particularly advantageous for iThink Logistics' diverse audience, including Indian e-commerce sellers navigating domestic markets. 

what3words is available in 60 languages to date, including 13 South Asian languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Nepali, Urdu, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, and Sinhala. 

what3words integration enables iThink Logistics to offer E-commerce sellers a revolutionary location technology solution that simplifies and improves communication across the e-commerce supply chain. With easy-to-use what3words addresses, brands can now share precise coordinates for delivery and pickup locations like building entryways, storage areas, and return hubs. This precise location mapping via what3words addresses ensures accurate last-mile delivery, leading to lower RTOs and logistics costs.

The company is consistanly expanding operations. In order to reach the remote parts of the country forged partnership with India Post to boost last mile deliveries. 

The city-based firm serves as a comprehensive shipping platform for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. It manages a daily volume of over 25,000 shipments and operates in more than 26,000 pin codes in India, as well as covering 180 countries. 

It has also launched iThink Logistics International, a SaaS-based platform for international deliveries.
