Gurugram-based start-up InfraMantra is targeting home sales of Rs 1000 crore in the coming fiscal as it ramps up operations in Noida and Pune.

InfraMantra set a sales target of Rs 350 crore for the current financial year and it claims to complete transactions worth Rs 400 crore. Now, they are aiming to close sales of around Rs 600 crore.

According to a company statement,  it opened its offices in Noida and Pune, and now has plans to open offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai in the second quarter of the financial year (FY) 2023-24. It claims to have a tech-enabled real estate platform, which helps to solve housing and commercial property needs for the people.

“The Indian real estate industry is currently thriving despite the headwinds facing the global real estate market. Many factors have contributed to this success, including strong economic growth, favourable demographics and increased foreign investment. This has resulted in increased demand for housing, both from first-time buyers and those looking to up-trade their homes.” said  Shiwang Suraj, founder, and director at InfaMantra.

Founded in July 2021 by Shiwang Suraj and Garvit Tiwari, the company claims to have a bandwidth of more than 100 people. According to a Toffler report, it is an unlisted company with an authorised share capital of Rs 50 lakh, as of September 2022.
