Cleartrip has entered into a strategic partnership with Adani One, the Adani Group’s initiation towards airport digitisation. The partnership will allow the travel aggregator start-up to offer an integrated digital platform for domestic and international flight bookings.

Adani One aims to offer a seamless customer experience across touch points at the airports run by the company. The platform will help users book flights, check their flight status in real-time, access Pranaam Meet & Greet Service, and benefits like airport parking, cabs and duty-free products.

“By onboarding ourselves on the Adani One platform, we will make travel accessible to a larger demographic,” said Ayyappan R, chief executive office (CEO), Cleartrip in a media statement.

“Given the airport business is expected to grow at twice the speed, it will give a boost to the entire ecosystem and contribute to the evolution of the platform and the Adani Group. For us, the most important thing is to get the platform right and then evolve it with relevant consumer insights and feedback. And this can only be done when you have a trusted partner by your side,” Nitin Sethi, chief digital officer (CDO), Adani Digital Labs added.

In April 2021, Flipkart acquired 100 per cent of Cleartrip’s shareholding. Subsequently, Adani Enterprises acquired a significant minority stake in Cleartrip in October 2021. In the following year, Cleartrip launched Cleartrip 2.0 and the rolled-out customer-centric initiatives.
