TriVeda Capital has launched its new Indian real estate investment platform, a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)-registered Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). It plans to raise Rs 200 crore AIF corpus to invest in plotted development projects.
The company will be offering Indian and offshore investors an opportunity to participate in the long-term Indian real estate growth story.
Helmed by professionals with cumulatively over 40 years of real estate development, investment and asset management experience, TriVeda Capital’s investment strategy is aimed to be focused on high-demand residential real estate assets, risk-mitigated execution, and downside-protected deal structures.
TriVeda Capital’s AIF offering comes at the right time, with India’s residential real estate market experiencing stellar double-digit growth (India’s top eight property markets witnessed sales of over 3.12 lakh units in 2022, resulting in high 34 per cent year-over-year growth), said the company.
India's real estate sector strength has long-term support from India's rapid urbanization, sustained job formation and steady gross domestic product (GDP) growth.
