Sukham, a brand that helps men with their sexual wellness treatment plans, has successfully raised Rs 2.25 crore n a pre-seed funding round.

Led by 100X.VC, the round witnessed participation from angel investors, including Papa CJ, Yash Kotak, Anuj Puri, Ankur Agarwal and Viswanath Ramachandran. In addition to this, some other investors also participated in the round.

The company will utilise the capital for new product launches and treatment plans based on Ayurveda. Additionally, it will strengthen its tech capabilities with the objective of rolling out personalised treatment plans confidentially and helping more men improve their sexual lives.

Vivek Krishna, CEO and co-founder, of Sukham, said, “We have always been singularly focused on building a brand that focuses and owns the overall men’s sexual wellness category using holistic and effective treatment regimes like Vajikarana.”

Ninad Karpe, Partner, 100X.VC, said, “Talking about sexual health remains taboo in India. Sukham addresses the lack of open discussion around sexual problems among men with its wellness solutions and effective treatments. Its products and treatment plans are a perfect blend of Ayurveda and modern medicine, which makes it promising to enable men to seek treatment for their sexual problems without any hesitation. We extend our best wishes and look forward to supporting them in all ways possible.”

Papa CJ, one of the investors, said, “A comedian’s role in society is often to talk about the things that everyone is thinking but unable to say out loud. Sukham addresses a customer need that many are facing yet are unable to discuss. Hence, I wanted to lend my voice and support their endeavour. Additionally, for 20 years, I’ve been performing on stages around the world, telling people that I come from the land of the Kama Sutra, so it seemed like a good brand fit too.”
